This manual guides you step-by-step on how to organize, customize, and complete the documentation for all registered children in your childcare center.
Step 1: Accessing Children's Documents
-
Click on the Documents option located on the left side of the application menu.
-
Select the Children's Documents section.
Step 2: Mandatory Documents and Customization
-
Mandatory Documents: The system automatically displays core documents that every child must have (such as a birth certificate or medical records).
-
Customization (Adding new types): If your childcare center requires specific documents beyond the standard ones, click on the "Add document type" option to create new categories tailored to your needs.
Step 3: Completing Missing Documents (Inside the Child's Folder)
When you click on the folder of a specific child who has missing paperwork, you have two ways to complete it:
-
Direct Upload: If you already have the document ready on your device (computer or smartphone), simply click to upload it directly to the system.
-
Request from Parents (If you don't have the document):
-
Click the Request button.
-
The parent will instantly receive an email and a direct push notification in their app regarding your request.
-
Step 4: Reviewing and Approving Documents
-
As soon as the parent uploads and completes the requested document, it will appear in your system for review.
-
You need to inspect the document, and if everything looks correct, click the Approve button to officially save it as a completed document.
