The Billing section in Kidsday offers advanced features for managing invoices for children and parents in a daycare center. Below are the key functions that an administrator can perform:
1. Main Invoice Panel
In the Billing section, the administrator can view a list of invoices created for children, including the following information:
- Invoice Number: A unique identifier for each invoice.
- Child: The name of the child for whom the invoice has been created.
- Status: The current status of the invoice (e.g., "Open" or "Paid").
- Issue Date: The date the invoice was created.
- Due Date: The deadline by which the invoice must be paid.
- Amount: The total amount due for payment.
2. Search and Filter Options
The administrator can:
- Search for Invoices using specific fields such as "Invoice Number," "Child," or "Status."
- Filter Invoices to quickly find the necessary information.
3. Export Function
The administrator can download the list of invoices in Excel or CSV format for reporting or documentation purposes.
4. Create a New Invoice
Click the New Invoice button to create a new invoice.
- Complete the information such as the child's name, amount, issue date, and due date.
- Save the invoice to register it in the system.
