This new feature allows you to create and manage lesson plans manually for each class and age group. Daily activities and weekly themes can now be clearly defined and managed in one organized place.

Step 1: Access the Lesson Plan

From the main menu, click on Lesson Plan.

The current week will be displayed.
Step 2: Select the Class and Age Group

If you want to plan activities for a specific class:

Select the age group.

Select the class you want to plan for.

Step 3: Add the Weekly Theme

Add the main theme for the week, which will serve as a guideline for daily activities.
Step 4: Plan Daily Themes

For each day of the week, add the specific topics and activities to be carried out.
Step 5: Describe the Daily Activity

Write a detailed description for each activity, including how it will be carried out.

Define the objectives of the activity, so educators and children know what is expected to be learned or achieved.

Add any additional useful information, such as materials needed, time duration, and specific instructions for implementation.
Step 6: Parent Visibility (New)
Define whether this activity should be visible in the parent app.

Active (ON): Parents will see the activity in real-time in their child's agenda.

Inactive (OFF): The activity remains visible only to the staff and does not appear to parents.
Step 7: Save

Once all topics and activities are entered, click “Save”.

The lesson plan will now be visible to educators and can be modified as needed.
