Teacher’s Manual: How to Plan an Activity (Manually or with AI)

This manual provides step-by-step guidance on how to add an activity to your agenda in Kidsday, making daily planning easier and more organized. The new feature allows teachers to register activities instantly, in detail, and clearly define objectives, materials, and steps for implementation. In addition, you now have the option to use AI to generate ideas and activity plans – a feature that was not available before.

Steps to Add an Activity

1. Log in to the app

• Log in with your teacher credentials.

• From the main menu, click Agenda.

2. Adding an activity manually

• Click Add Manually.

• Fill in the following fields:

  • Activity Name – e.g., Learning the Letter A, which represents the daily theme.

  • Description – e.g., Today we will get to know the letter A. First, we will find words and objects in the classroom that start with the letter A and use the necessary materials.

  • Steps to follow – e.g., We will color the letter A on A4 paper using walnuts.

3. Generating an activity with AI

• Click Generate with AI to automatically create an activity plan based on the theme you select.

• AI suggests steps, materials, and complementary activities to make learning more effective and creative.

4. Finalizing the activity

• After completing the details, click Save.

• The activity will appear in your agenda and can be accessed from any device.

• If your administrator has given you permission to add activities, it will be created immediately. Otherwise, the administrator will receive a notification to approve it first.
