Who can use kidsday for Staff?
Teachers and other staff members of centers that use kidsday. Sign in with your kidsday account. A teacher can also create an account in the app to use kidsday for her own class.
Why are the Daily Actions in another language?
Daily Actions follow your school's language, so every teacher gets the same reminders. You can still use the rest of the app in your own language under Profile › Language.
Can I record the same report for the whole room?
Yes. Tap the plus button, choose the report type, tap Select all and then Next. See “Record one report for several children”.
Do parents see everything I record?
Daily reports are shared with the child's family. When you add an activity, you can switch on Don't show to parents to keep it for staff only.
Does the AI send messages for me?
No. Correct the text and Rewrite Better only change the text in your message box or note. You decide when to send or save it.
Where can I see the reports I already wrote?
Open the child's daily report and tap View reports.
