How to Manage Children's Registrations on Kidsday

A comprehensive guide for managing children's applications, customizing registration forms, and parental communication.

When you access the "Registrations" option, you will see a dashboard divided into columns. This allows you to track each child's journey from the initial application to final enrollment.

Move applications from one column to another based on their status:

  • New Applications: Where all incoming requests appear for the first time.

  • Visit Completed: Move here the children/parents who have completed their initial meeting or site visit.

  • On Waiting List: Used for cases where there are currently no vacancies, but they remain under consideration.

  • Registered: This column is for children who have met all criteria and are officially enrolled.

  • Rejected: Place applications here that cannot be accepted.

2. Customizing the Registration Form

Before sending the link to parents, you can customize the form according to our institution's specific needs.

  • How it works: On the left side of the screen, you will find additional options and fields.

  • "Drag and Drop" Technique: Simply click on the desired option on the left, hold, drag it, and drop it into the form fields in the center.

  • Flexibility: Adapt the form with specific questions and fields that best suit your data collection needs.

3. Sending the Form to Parents

Once the form is ready, the system generates a unique link for filling out the child's information.

  • Where to find it: The link is located within the registration management area.

  • How to send it: Copy the link and send it to parents via the platforms you previously used to communicate with them.

  • Suggested channels: WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, Email, or any other prior form of communication.

💡 Important Note: Make sure parents are informed that the correct completion of this form is necessary to proceed to the further stages of registration.
