This guide walks you through the process of logging into Kidsday for the first time after receiving your invitation email.
Step 1: Receiving an Invitation to the App
You will be invited to join kidsday via an email from your daycare. The email will look similar to this:

Dear Educators,
Happy Academy is thrilled to introduce kidsday, a revolutionary platform designed to enhance the experience for children and their parents. Kidsday simplifies the organization of activities, improves communication with parents, and makes it easy to share important moments efficiently.
We invite you to join us on this digital adventure by completing the registration form. Your participation will be instrumental in bringing positive changes to the experience of every child in our care.
Step 2: Open the Invitation Email
- Check your inbox for an email from Kidsday.
- If you can’t find it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 3: Complete the Registration Form
In the email, click on the Register Now button. A registration form will open. Fill out all required fields with your personal information.
Once all fields are complete, check the box to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Click Save to submit the form.
Step 3: Create a Password
After the administrator approves your form, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to activate your account.
Open the email and look for a button Set a Password.
Step 4: Log into the kidsday
Once your account is activated, download the Kidsday app.
You can find instructions to install the app on your phone’s home screen here.
Open the app and log in using your username and the password you created.
Congratulations! You are now ready to explore and use kidsday to simplify your daily activities and improve communication with parents.
