Plan your day with the calendar and AI planner

See your agenda

1. Tap Calendar in the bottom bar.
2. Tap a day in the week strip. Use the arrows to change weeks, or the month name to pick another month.

Add an activity

1. Tap Plan, then Activity.
2. Choose Generate with AI or Add Manually.

Generate an activity plan with AI

1. Enter the theme of the day, for example “Autumn leaves”.
2. Choose a methodology: Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia or Combined.
3. Tap Generate with AI.

Add an activity yourself

1. Enter the activity name and a description.
2. Optionally, add an image, the necessary materials and the steps to follow.
3. Switch on Don't show to parents if the activity is for staff only.
4. Tap Save.
