Why can't I send a message?
Messaging may be switched off or you may be outside the allowed hours. An administrator can check Settings › Messages.
Why can't parents reply in the class group?
Parents are switched off for class group chats in Settings › Messages. Switch Parent on if you want them to reply.
Can I add a parent to a custom group?
No. Custom groups are for staff. Use the child's group chat or a class group to reach parents.
Where do I find a photo someone shared?
Open Group Info and choose Media, links and docs.
Does Rewrite Better send my message?
No. It only changes the text in the message bar. You still decide when to send it.
