You can now also print meal menus directly from the platform for easier and more practical use.
Calendar Organization Structure in Kidsday
Calendar (Events, Meetings, Announcements, Tasks, Birthdays)
[new] Calendar Organization Structure in Kidsday: All information about events, meetings, birthdays, and parent notifications is now displayed in a single place for easier and faster management.
You can now also attach images to any event or notification, making communication more visual and engaging for families.Lesson Plan Workflow
Lesson Plan Workflow: Planning activities has been improved based on user requests and now allows you to create lesson plans with weekly and daily themes in a more organized way. New fields have been added to define the steps for each activity and the materials to be used.
Lesson Plan Library
Now, the lesson plans you create can be saved in a library. For example, if you plan lessons for an entire year, they will be stored and can be accessed the following year, allowing you to reuse or easily adapt them for your class. You also have the option to make your plans public, so other schools can view them, or keep them private for your own use. This feature saves time and effort, making lesson plan management more organized and accessible.
Creating Lesson Plans with AI
You can now automatically generate lesson plans using AI, which, based on the weekly and daily themes you set, suggests activities and materials for your class. This feature makes planning faster and easier, saving time and effort.
Activity Planning by Educators
Now, teachers have the ability to add activities even if the admin hasn’t scheduled anything in the calendar. This provides flexibility and autonomy to organize daily activities according to the needs of the class.
New option in the “Toilet” feature: “Went to bathroom / Routine."
New option in the “Toilet” feature: We have added the option “Went to the toilet / Routine.” Based on requests from the childcare centres that use this feature, educators can now select this option without needing to stop and write it manually each time.
Display of inactive parents in events
When an administrator created an event, parents of inactive children in the system were shown in the member list, even though they should not have been included. This has now been fixed, and the list shows only parents of active children.
