Following the success of the first professional gathering held in Pristina, Kidsday hosted its second professional event with educators in Tirana, this time placing at the center of attention one of the most pressing and necessary topics for early childhood educators:
“How can we prevent emotional fatigue and professional burnout?”
In partnership with the organization Bliss, the event brought together educators, leaders of early childhood institutions, and mental health professionals to reflect on and exchange insights, experiences, and concrete strategies for maintaining emotional balance in educational environments—spaces where emotional demands are high and dedication is constant.
The panel featured speakers with deep expertise and impactful contributions in the field of education and mental well-being:
-
Lori Duro, an experienced educator and current director of Buzëqumësht preschool, shared hands-on practices she applies to support her team and build a positive and sustainable working environment for staff.
-
Hava Jareci, director of an early childhood center, offered her leadership perspective on how to foster a healthy organizational culture and ensure the emotional well-being of educators is treated as a top priority.
-
Irena Shanaj, psychologist, provided a professional lens on how to identify early signs of burnout and emotional exhaustion. She introduced practical tools for self-reflection and emphasized the importance of early intervention and seeking professional support when needed.
This event was organized with the clear goal of opening an honest and structured conversation around the emotional challenges educators face on a daily basis—and of creating bridges of support that extend beyond institutional walls.
We strongly believe that only a well-supported and emotionally healthy educator can provide the care, attention, and quality education that children deserve.
At kidsday, we see technology not just as a tool to simplify administrative tasks, but as a platform to empower and support the professionals behind early childhood education.
That’s why, beyond offering smart digital solutions for everyday management, we actively invest in organizing events with deep professional value—putting the educator and their long-term development at the heart of our mission.
