The Balances tab shows where every family stands: total owed, overdue, and families in credit. Each row shows the child and guardian, their plan, the last payment, status and current balance (credit is shown in green).
- Use the filters All, Owing, Overdue, In credit, Settled and No plan to narrow the list, or search by child or guardian.
- Families marked No plan · won’t auto-bill need a billing plan.
- Click Export balances to download the list.
