Empowering Educators: Preventing Emotional Fatigue and Professional Burnout

The classroom needs your light don’t let it burn out, let it be refueled.

After the success of the first meeting, kidsday held its second professional event with educators in Tirana, focusing on a crucial theme for the care and well-being of educational staff:
“How can we prevent emotional fatigue and professional burnout?”

In partnership with the platform Bliss, this activity brought together educators, leaders of early education institutions, and mental health professionals, with the common goal of reflecting and sharing knowledge on how to maintain emotional resilience in educational environments where demands are high, while commitment is ongoing.

The discussion panel included professionals with deep experience and valuable contributions in the field of education and psychological well-being:

  • Lori Duro, an educator with experience and currently the director of the kindergarten Buzëqumësht, shared firsthand experiences from daily work with educators and presented concrete practices that help in creating a healthy, supportive, and motivating work environment for the pedagogical staff.

Only an emotionally well-supported and valued educator can provide a sustainable and loving experience for children.

At kidsday, we firmly believe that technology should serve as a tool to facilitate the work of educators, but also as a platform that connects, empowers, and supports them in their professional journey.

This is why, in addition to digital solutions for managing the daily operations of institutions, we are actively engaged in organizing events with deep professional content, where the core value is the individual and their sustainable development.
