This feature allows you to create and manage events for parents, such as Grandparents’ Day, special activities, or other events in your center. Events appear in the calendar and can be easily viewed by parents.

Steps to create an event
Step 1: Open the calendar

From the main menu, click on Calendar.
Step 2: Select the date

Click on the date where you want to create the event,
or use the “Add +” button at the top right.

Step 3: Choose the category

From the category list, select Event.
Step 4: Fill in event details

Enter the title of the event (e.g., Grandparents’ Day).

Add a description or additional information about the event.

Optionally, assign classes or groups of children to receive the notification.

Set the time of the event.

Step 5: Save and share

Click “Save” to create the event.

The event will now appear in the calendar and be visible to the parents of the selected classes or groups.
